In 2011, CHDI staff prepared the Rural Cancer Disparities Project County Profiles (PDF opens in new tab) as part of a needs assessment conducted in the UW Carbone Cancer Center primary catchment area in southern Wisconsin. The profiles are simple and easy to read and include information on cancer outcomes, risk factors and screening as well as other determinants of health. The profiles are intended for use with community-level assessment and planning.
